Textile Art

My creative practice centers on textiles. I build every element myself — dyeing, screen printing, stitching, quilting — into fine art wall hangings, Jewish ritual objects, and functional pieces for the home. The stitched line is my tool — I follow the surprises that surface as I layer, cut, and piece — texture, light, color, pattern, line. Some pieces are meant to hang, others to be worn or used — all of it made entirely by hand . . . my hands.
